Q. Do you have a case available for iPhone 5? 

We are working on the iPhone 5 Case and iPhone 5 Bike Kit at the moment and hope to have it available in Jan 2013. If you want to be notified when its available please enter your email address here.

Q. I live in country (x), what are the shipping costs associated with ordering a Quad Lock?

If you live in the U.S.A, Australia or the U.K and your order is over $30 USD shipping is FREE! If you live anywhere else in the world or your order is under $30, shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the last stage of the check out process. You can select various shipping options depending on your budget and how quickly you want it shipped. 

Q. Where will my order ship from?

We have fulfilment warehouses in Melbourne (AUS), California (USA), Sussex (U.K) and Hong Kong. So depending on where you are located, your order will be allocated to the closest fulfilment warehouse and shipping costs will be calculated accordingly.

Q. Which shipping carrier do you use?

This depends on where you're located and what option you select. Standard shipping within the USA is with USPS, Australia Post for Australia and NZ, Royal Mail for the U.K and Europe and Hong Kong Speed Post for Asia. Other shipping options such as Fed Ex, UPS and DHL are also available and can be selected at the time of placing your order if you require better tracking or faster shipping.

Q. How long after from the time of placing my order will the product ship?

Orders are processed and ready to ship within 24-48 hours. 

Q. Is the Quad Lock case compatible with my iPhone 3GS/Samsung/Nokia/HTC smart phone?

The Quad Lock Case is currently only available for iPhone 4/4S. However we do have a Universal Adaptor which allows you to use any device with the Quad Lock Mounting System.

Q. Is it possible to use the Quad Lock System with an Otter Box Case?

Yes, the Quad Lock Universal Adaptor is compatible with hard plastic Otter Box cases such as the "Commuter" series. Silcone or rubber cases such as the "Defender" series case also work but you need to trim a section of the silicone away to allow the Universal Adapter to be affixed directly to the hard plastic case below. 

Q. What types of surface can I stick the Quad Lock Wall Mounts to?

The Wall Mounts use 3M VHB adhesive tape which will stick to most flat non porous surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic and painted surfaces. They won't stick to porous surfaces such as rubber, uncoated wood/timber or your dog. Make sure to thoroughly clean the surface with rubbing alcohol before affixing the mount

Q. Can the wall mounts be removed and re-used?

Wall mounts can easily be removed with the application of heat (from a hair dryer) but unfortunately the adhesive is not re-useable. Additional mounts can be purchased here > Wall Mount Twin Pack

Q. How do I remove the Quad Lock case from my iPhone?

The Quad Lock Case is designed to have a snug fit to ensure your iPhone is securely attached for rugged activities such as mountain biking and motorcylcing. that said, the case is easy to remove if you use the proper technique. Watch the video below to see how to properly remove the case. 

                                                     

If you're still having trouble some of our customers have suggested using rubber gloves or rubber thimbles to get better grip on the edge of the case when removing the iPhone.

Q. What's your refund and returns policy?
