If you've purchased a product and don't like it, you have 30 days from purchase to request a return for eligible items.

Start your return online
Eligible change-of-mind returns can be started within 30 days of purchase.
- Have your order number and email ready.
- Submit a request via the Return Portal below.
- We’ll email you the return label and instructions.

Pack and label your items
- You may use your own packaging or reuse the original packaging, as long as it’s in good condition and securely sealed.
- Affix the new shipping label directly over any old labels or barcodes to avoid mis-scans or delays when posting.

Send it back
- Post your return from any postal outlet.
- Quad Lock offers $9.99 Flat Rate returns, which is deducted from your final refund.
Returns processing times
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. From there, please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your statement (this depends on your bank).

Am I eligible?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure you have your order number and email address to initiate the return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are only available for phone cases purchased in the wrong size (wrong device/model). We do not exchange other products, and we are unable to process exchanges for specialty one-time case releases (including limited editions, collaborations, or discontinued runs).
To request a case exchange, please submit an Exchange Request within 30 days of purchase.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed and you will receive an email notification once complete.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement (bank processing times vary).
Warranty claims are covered by our Product Warranty. If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please lodge a Product Support request instead of a change-of-mind return.
