Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Who can enter: The Quad Lock Mini-Helmet Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Participants who entered on Instagram must have a valid Instagram account and follow the @quadlock page.
- Participants who entered on Facebook must have a valid Facebook account and follow the @quadlock page.
- Participants must meet the conditions of the giveaway in order to participate.
2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on Monday 30th and ends on 6th November, 2023, at 3:00 PM AEST time (the "Giveaway Period").
3. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:
- Follow @quadlock and @oscarpiastri on Instagram OR Follow @quadlock on Facebook
- Like the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook
- Tag a friend in the comments who would like to win the Quad Lock Mini-Helmet on Instagram or Facebook.
4. Prize Details: Ten (10) winners will be selected randomly, 5 from Instagram and 5 from Facebook to receive a signed custom Oscar Piastri Mini-Helmet. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
5. Winner Selection: The winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries on each channel. All entries will be verified by Quad Lock. The drawing will be conducted on November 7th, 2023. The winners will be announced on each channel and winners will be contacted directly from Quad Lock via Instagram or Facebook.
6. Notification of Winners: The winners will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram or Facebook. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, a new winner may be selected.
7. Publicity: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Quad Lock to use their Instagram usernames and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
8. Privacy: Quad Lock will collect and use personal information provided by participants solely for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway and will not share this information with any third parties.
9. Disclaimer: This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.
10. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Changes to the Terms: Quad Lock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned, including but not limited to fraud or technical failures beyond Quad Lock's control.
