If you've been watching Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman's Long Way Up, you're probably itching for an off-road adventure. You might also be scratching your head wondering what is the phone mount they use to navigate their journey.
Well in short, it's a Quad Lock. But with four options for motorcycles, we thought we'd give you the exact Quad Lock setup the British duo use on their Harley Davidson Livewires.
Both Ewan and Charley's Harley Livewires are equipped with a Quad Lock Motorcycle Mount. Each also has added the Quad Lock Moto USB Charger to keep their iPhones battery charged while they navigate on their journey.

The Quad Lock Motorcycle Handlebar Mount gives you the flexibility to mount your phone on your motorbike's handlebars using a rotating head and includes an extension arm if extra clearance is required. It's suitable for handlebar sizes ⅞” (22mm), 1” (25mm), 1-⅛” (28mm), 1-¼” (32mm).

Neatly positioned under the head of the Quad Lock Motorcycle Mount, the Quad Lock Moto USB Charger provides USB power without the need for long charging cables.
The 1.5m SAE connection cable and 20cm SAE to battery ring terminals give you the option to connect directly to your Battery Terminal or existing SAE Port. The charger draws Zero current when not in use so there is no danger of draining your battery.
See diagram below showing the Quad Lock Moto USB charger integrating with the Quad Lock Motorcycle Handlebar Mount.
